Welcome to Hotel Alnacir. It opened in 1993 and it has 53 non smoking double and single rooms (two of them have a panoramic terrace). It is situated at the west entrance of the city of Faro (Algarve, Portugal).

HOW TO FIND IT AND THE DISTANCES:

Faro Map

Coming from Faro Airport, Albufeira (highway A-22) or Lisbon, on the second roundabout at the entrance to Faro turn left, towards Olhão on to Gulbenkian Avenue. On the way up you will find the hotel on the first street on your right.
 

 2^nd Roundabout

City Centre

Coming from the east on the A-22 highway (Tavira or Spain), at the north entrance of Faro, turn right at the traffic lights towards Gulbenkian Avenue. On the way down just before the end take the u-turn and follow the Hotel signs. You should not have reached the roundabout.      
 

ð Tennis courts: only 4 minutes walk;
ð Railway station: only 6 minutes walk;
ð Centre of the town: only 8 minutes walk;
ð “Forum Algarve” Shopping Centre: only 15 minutes walk;
ð Faro International Airport: 6 Km;
ð The nearest beach Faro Island: 8 Km;
ð The new football stadium (Estádio Algarve): 9 KM.
 

The rooms:

The hotel rooms have a pleasant and functional decoration and the cleaning is efficient and thorough.
They are all equipped with air conditioning with individual remote control, telephone with automatic wake-up service, television with several international channels, and private bathroom.
Two of the double rooms have as well a hair dryer and a panoramic terrace overlooking the city and the Natural Park of Ria Formosa.

The Bar:

 It is situated near Reception Desk and it is opened untill 01:00 AM. Specially for those clients who like to be well informed about the international news and sports activities, we have, at the Bar, Cable Television channels with panoramic screen.

At Reception Desk you have as well at your disposal: Fax service, rental of Meeting Rooms, wireless internet connection for your laptop, computer with internet access (30 minutes per day are free), rental of individual safety boxes, laundry service (Monday to Friday only), car rental and you can get maps and general information about Faro and the Algarve.
